United States Product Return Policy

Please carefully inspect your merchandise immediately upon receipt. If any item does not meet with your approval, please contact Security Resources, Inc., immediately by sending a concise message to sales@security-resources-inc.com. All returns must be authorized in advance by Security Resources, Inc. Returned items will be replaced or the purchase price will be refunded at the discretion of Security Resources, Inc.

* Some Restrictions Apply. Shipping, handling, and C.O.D. charges are non-refundable. Return shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the customer. No returned packages will be accepted freight collect or C.O.D. Security Resources Inc., is not responsible for returned merchandise that is damaged during return shipping.

Important: You must contact Security Resources Inc. for a return authorization number. This number must appear on the outside of the returned package. You must include a copy of your original invoice with your shipment. All items returned for exchange or refund must be new, in the exact condition that the item was received, and must include the manual and all accessories.

Credits for returned merchandise will be processed only after the merchandise has been received and inspected. Items received by Security Resources Inc. that have been damaged as a result of inadequate packaging, misuse, neglect or other obvious physical damage will be returned to the customer.

Special orders, closeouts, and products sold "as is" cannot be returned.

*    Security Resources Inc. reserves the right to refuse merchandise, return the merchandise, or charge of 15% restocking fee under the following conditions:

  1. Merchandise was not shipped within ten (10) business days, or returned without prior authorization. The 10-day period begins once the merchandise is received by or for the customer from the shipping carrier.
  2. The merchandise was incomplete, damaged, or obviously used.
  3. The merchandise was packaged improperly for shipping.
  4. The merchandise was ordered but delivery was refused by or for the customer.
