This safety light is designed for your cycling safety: the super bright halogen headlight allows you to see clearly in front of you while the rear 5-LED flashing safety light will alert motorists of your presence on the road.  The headlight takes 2 "C" batteries and the rear 5 LED light takes 2 "AAA" (batteries are not included).
